The article examines the key approaches to organization of interaction of state Executive bodies and institutions of local government in the city of Federal significance Moscow, for example, a particular administrative units of area Konkovo. Analyzed existing work in this area and proposed a mechanism for improving the interaction.

THE ROLE OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS IN THE REFORM OF THE INSTITUTION OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT IN THE MODERN REPUBLIC OF POLAND
The Institute of local self-government in modern Poland, which is the result of a special Eastern European way of development, is very interesting not only because of its high economic and social efficiency, but also as an aggregator of various proposals for improving the social and housing infrastructure, including, “third sector” and civic activism, which is a manifestation of the classic principles of the "local democracy". The article analyzes the "revival of trust" of local elected political leaders and representatives of non-governmental civil activism from the first free elections in Poland (1990) to the present stage.

RUSSIAN PATRIOTISM AS A FACTOR OF NATIONAL SECURITY, THE UNIFYING FOUNDATION OF RUSSIAN SOCIETY AND UNIVERSAL CRITERION OF THE HUMANITARIAN EXAMINATION OF SOCIAL PHENOMENA IN MODERN RUSSIA PART I
This publication continues the series of articles on the general topic of "Shaping the Russian nation: practical problems and ways of their solution." On the basis of the proposed concept of essential Russian patriotism the article examines the innovative human technology of involving patriotism in the practice of nation-building in which patriotism is considered as the most important factor of ensuring the country’s national security, as the real unifying foundation of the Russian society and universal criteria of humanitarian evaluation of the modern Russia social phenomena. For this purpose, in particular, it is suggested that nationally oriented and consequently strategically unidirectional patriotism should be used within the country instead of subjectively meaningful and, as a consequence, multi-directional patriotism.

THE POLITICAL SITUATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF SAKHA (YAKUTIA)
This article describes the factors and events that are important for the political situation in the Republic of Sakha for 2016-2017. The relevance of this article is due to the fact that the political situation in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in 2017 at the modern stage is a direct reflection of events, that are occurring in our country today and is characterized by the growth of political activity, the constant development and the introduction of new forms of interaction of civil society and government.

FEATURES OF THE GUBERNATORIAL ELECTIONS – 2017 ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE YAROSLAVL REGION
The article considers the elections as an important political institution in the conditions of Russian political reality. An analysis of the regional election campaign of the Yaroslavl region is given. The implementation of the principles of electoral law in the conducted elections is also analyzed. The author forms the tendencies of the governor elections of 2017 in the Yaroslavl region.
