FEATURES OF THE RUSSIAN MODEL OF POLITICAL INTERACTION BETWEEN PARLIAMENT AND GOVERNMENT. A NEW READING OF MY RESEARCH AFTER 15 YEARS
The article is a study on the current problem of the development of political relations between legislative and executive authorities in modern Russia. The author analyzes parliamentary-governmental relations based on her dissertation work of 2011. The publication is conventionally called by the author as a new reading of her dissertation research.
The author reveals the essence and features of the modern Russian parliament as a legislative and representative body of state power. Revealing the features of the organization and functioning of the federal executive power system, comprehensively analyzes the problems and possibilities of forming the Government of Russia on the basis of a parliamentary majority. The publication reveals the main directions of administrative reform in the Russian Federation, as well as the mechanisms of influence of the State Duma and the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly on the activities of the federal government.

JUDICIAL CONTROL OF THE COUNTRIES OF CONTINENTAL EUROPE (THE EXAMPLE OF GERMANY, ITALY, FRANCE)
European experience shows that the more politically and socially independent the judiciary is in relation to other centers of political and social power, the less the concentration of power in the political system as a whole and, accordingly, the more likely minorities are to find a positive response to their demands somewhere within this system. The activities of groups of judges can enhance the coherence of actions within the judicial system. In addition, they play a significant role in spreading progressive judicial policy among judges and ensuring its successful implementation.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THE IDEOLOGY OF KEMALISM IN THE MODERN POLITICAL PROCESSES OF THE TURKISH REPUBLIC
Kemalism served as the official ideology of Turkey from the time of the founding of the republic in 1923 until the early 2000s. Having lost the position of the hegemon ideology, Kemalism is still trying to maintain its importance even under the rule of conservative parties, including the Justice and Development Party (AKP), which is known for its anti-Kemalist position. Within the framework of the relationship between religion and the state, from the point of view of Turkish secularism, the existing reality in Turkey is characterized as a transformation from Islamism to post-Islamism. At the same time, the established Kemalist paradigm began to gradually change and be updated from the inside.
