ON THE QUESTION OF POLITICAL HISTORY OF THE 90s
The political history of Russia over the past third of the century is filled with vivid and dramatic, often developing into tragic, events and processes that predetermined the fate of the people and the state, even each citizen of the country. Much is already known about those events and the nature of the participation in them of the main actors of the disintegrating Soviet Union and the newly formed states and state entities on its ruins, but not everything is yet understood and explained, and requires explanation and understanding. In our opinion, solving problems within the framework of this very required is possible. In the review article, an attempt is made to fill in this scientific problem with additional historical facts.

INFLUENCE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES ON MODERN SOCIAL AND POLITICAL PROCESSES
The article attempts to scientifically analyze modern models of information and communication technologies used in modern Russia during election and other socio-political campaigns.
The author comes to the conclusion about the effective influence of election technologies on the results of Russian elections at all levels. The article emphasizes that the scientific literature of recent years has noted positive and negative aspects of the role of election technologies during elections of state authorities and local governments.

EXECUTIVE DOCUMENTATION IN CONSTRUCTION: THE EXISTING LEGAL REGULATION AND THE MAIN DIRECTIONS OF OPTIMIZATION
The article is devoted to aspects of the legal regulation of executive documentation as part of the security system for buildings and structures. The author analyzes the current and new regulatory legal acts adopted in the development of the provisions of Articles 52 and 53 of the Urban Planning Code. The problems and prospects of further legal regulation of executive documentation in construction are highlighted separately.
