The subject of administrative law is administrative and managerial relations of several types: organizational, regulatory, information and law enforcement.

ON THE PROBLEM OF IMPROVING THE LEGISLATIVE FRAMEWORK OF THE UNIFIED SYSTEM OF EXECUTIVE POWER IN RUSSIA

The article examines the administrative and legal foundations of the organization of a unified system of power in the Russian Federation. According to the author, transformations, primarily in this part of public administration will inevitably lead to changes in the forms and methods of the entire system of relations of the public administration with the citizens of Russia.

ON THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL ISSUES OF ORGANIZATION OF THE EXECUTIVE POWER IN THE SUBJECTS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article analyzes the political and legal problems of the organization and functioning of the executive power in the subjects of the Russian Federation. The author considers history, nature and features of the formation of the modern regional system of state power. An attempt is made to forecast further modernization of legislative and executive authorities in the regions of today Russia.

ON THE HISTORY OF THE ISSUE OF REGIONAL INTERESTS AND PUBLIC POLICY

The article is based on the author's report at the Congress of political scientists. In the early 2000s, the material was not published. Fifteen years later, its judgments and conclusions can be useful for a critical analysis of the modern system of federative relations in Russia. A comparative analysis of the decentralized and centralized models of relations between the center and the regions can provide grounds for assessing the effectiveness of modern regional policy.

ON STATE PROTECTION OF NATIVE LANGUAGES OF NATIONAL MINORITIES

The article analyzes theoretical and practical problems of ethno-linguistic groups in modern Ukraine. The author describes historical circumstances and conditions in which the Russian language developed as a language of interethnic communication. The article investigates ethno-linguistic sources of political destabilization in some regions of Ukraine.
