SOME ASPECTS OF INTERACTION SELF-REGULATORY ORGANIZATION WITH THE EXECUTIVE AUTHORITIES IN THE REFORM PROCESS LEGISLATION ON CONTROL AND SUPERVISORY ACTIVITIES

This article deals with the problems of the law of transformation of the self-regulatory organizations in the process of reforming the supervisory authorities. The article raised issues of improvement of legislation for violations of SROs, including in the area of administrative responsibility. The author of the affected and other topical issues of Russian legislation regulating questions of SRO, specific examples of working with the SROs kontrrolno and supervisory bodies.

PUBLIC-POLITICAL MOVEMENT IN RUSSIA (1991-1999): ACTUALITY, APPROACHES OF RESEARCH

The article attempts to describe and justify, first, the relevance, and secondly, the definition of the main tasks of the study of the socio-political movement (PRD) in Russia in 1991-1999. From the angle of political science. The basis for this kind of application in the study of this phenomenon is the specificity of the intersection and mutual influence of the historical process and political practice that predetermined the character of the modern period of development of the state and civil society in Russia. And the need for a more detailed and in-depth understanding of the narratives of recent history and the political process of post-Soviet Russia.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT: THEORETICAL BASIS OF THE INSTITUTE

The article analyzes the process of the birth of the concept and institution of local self-government in Europe. Its development undergoes several successive stages, each of which depends on the specific features of the country and the region in which there is a similar development. To date, with regard to the geographical, economic and political space of the European continent, which includes and the CIS countries, we can talk about the three formed government types and one new, which is currently passing through the stage of its institutional consolidation, and is characterized precisely for the countries of the former socialist camp. Special attention is paid to the theory of "municipal socialism" within the framework of local self-government, as the rejection of its reality in the political process of "building people's democracy" had seemed to be a serious negative effect on the future development of the socialist states.

THE RUSSIAN NATION: BASIC PROBLEM OF NATIONAL IDENTITY OF THE RUSSIAN SOCIETY

This publication continues the series of three articles on the general topic of "Shaping the Russian nation: practical issues and ways of their resolution". The article discusses the existing incorrect approaches to the interpretation of the concept of a "nation" and definition of the meaning of existence of the Russian nation in the modern globalizing world, it gives the universal concept of the nation, defines and specifies the essential attributes of the Russian nation: a global project of the world, the idea of the nation, national moral ideal, national public ideal, national idea, national ideology, national patriot (nationalist), leader of the nation.
