POLITICAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL LEGACY OF IVAN A. ILYIN AS A FACTOR OF INFORMATIONAL IDEOLOGICAL CONFRONTATION IN THE MODERN ERA
The name of the philosopher, political scientist and thinker Ivan Aleksandrovich Ilyin (1883-1954) once again became the focus of discussions among Russian politicians on ideological issues. As a political scientist I.A. Ilyin is a controversial figure and far from being a consensus symbol. At the same time, his scientific heritage contains ideas that are in demand in the current political situation.
Deep scientific selection of positive and negative in the works of I.A. Ilyin is still waiting for its fundamental researcher. The article presented offers a methodological approach for future authors of such selection. According to the author, the main thing in this case is to separate momentary things from the fundamental scientific definitions and conclusions in the works of the Russian patriot and statesman, which, of course, was I.A. Ilyin.

ON SOME DIRECTIONS OF POLITICAL AND ETHNOPOLITICAL REGIONALISTICS OF RUSSIA IN THE CONTEXT OF STUDYING THE FEATURES OF THE REGIONAL POLITICAL PROCESS
The article attempts to determine the main directions of scientific research on political regionalism in Russia based on publications in some specialized peer-reviewed journals. The need for further research into the theoretical and practical foundations of political regionalism in Russia as a federal state is emphasized. The significance of modern research by Russian scientists in the field of local self-government and state regional policy is characterized. The development of a new scientific direction – ethnopolitical regionalism – is important for modern Russia in this area of knowledge.

ELECTORAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE MODERN ELECTORAL PROCESS
Based on a review of scientific publications by Russian authors, the article analyzes the theory and practice of using election technologies in the electoral process. An attempt is made to assess the positive and negative role of political technologies during elections of state and local government bodies. In the near future, further digitalization of all stages of the Russian electoral process is predicted. It is emphasized that the effectiveness, competitiveness and openness of elections at all levels of government will largely depend not only on the stability of the legal basis for elections at all levels, but also on the stability of the political system of the Russian Federation as a whole.

HARMONIZATION OF LEGISLATION ON CUSTOMS OFFENSES AS A TOOL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE LEGAL FIELD OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION
In the article, the author presents a description of administrative tort law as a set of norms governing relations in the field of administrative responsibility. The interpretations of various domestic researchers concerning the emergence and development of tort, in particular, in the field of customs relations, are presented. The materials of the article contain information about the key sections of the codes on administrative legal relations in the field of customs relations of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. The fact of inconsistency of this part of the regulations is noted, which initiates various administrative offenses in customs actions within the EAEU. The author points out that the unification of legislation on customs offenses will allow to obtain significant effects in the development of economic and legal relations between countries.
