Administrative and legal relations have been of great interest to scientists for many years. There are different opinions and approaches to understanding the main issues related to administrative and legal relations. Вместе с тем At the same time, the modern reality confronts science with new problems and challenges that need to be addressed. This also applies to problems related to administrative and legal relations. They, along with the basic concepts of administrative law, form the foundation of the entire branch of law. In the conditions of the unfinished administrative reform that began in the early 2000s it is important to fully disclose the essence, the importance of this kind of relationship, to conduct an in-depth analysis, to explore the specific types of administrative and legal relations, to identify their features.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATION OF THE STATE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION PART II
The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of the state construction supervision in the Russian Federation, in particular, the specifics of its administrative and legal regulation, it analyses the concept and scope of its application. The authors consistently examine the viewpoints existing in the modern science about the essence, legal nature, purposes and tasks of the state construction supervision presented in the legislative and practical forms; they research its sources and analyze the practicality of the presented algorithms; they expresses their opinion regarding the success of the legislative regulation of the state supervision in this sphere of public life.
